We were the only people on the property. It was very quiet. Be careful walking across the grass in sandles, as there are stickers. There is a slight sulfur smell to the water when showering. Overall, the place is pristine. The covered wagon is lovely but consider it a comfortable camping ...

Great little family get away for a few adult siblings and spouses. Thomas was very accommodating when we needed something. Nice place to sit outside and there was hiking close by. We also got to watch the eclipse and the owners provided viewing glasses which was an added bonus.
