This is my second time staying and it never disappoints. Very close to the center of the historic downtown area. The property is very well maintained. Staff is always very welcoming. They were very helpful in explaining the laundry room machines and how they operate. Staff always greeted me when I entered the lobby. The room is very clean and has plenty of room. The kitchen has full stoneware and utensils. All of the appliances worked. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor area that the hotel has that even includes a couple of BBQs. Parking is free and on site. her breakfast was excellent and served on time. It's a breakfast buffet so there are choices. That was a great bonus to not have to drive around to find breakfast. I highly recommend you stay here if you're in the Leesburg area.

Stay was nice, clean room and the breakfast was pretty decent for a hotel continental breakfast. Service was always nice and greeted us when we walked into the lobby. My only complaint was we had taken the “do not disturb” sign off our door after 2 days of having it on in hopes of getting our room picked up and new towels and they never came by to service our room.

All areas at TownePlace appeared clean. Staff was friendly. Our room was roomy and the floor was on the quiet side.I did have a rude encounter at the breakfast area. I was at the toaster when an employee came over to restock the bagel selection I had to move back as if I was in her way! Selection of breakfast items was good. However the eggs had a lot to be desirable. They were tasteless and cold. Over all our stay was good! Thanks again for the running a clean and safe place!
