Good value city centre apartment. Check in was very easy and receptionist was friendly and helpful. Parking available, although costly. No wifi though.

Good location for walking around central Leicester. The proprietor was very pleasant and helpful. The apartment was clean with well equipped kitchen. Convenient for a two night stay. Utility rather than luxurious.

The worst hotel I have ever been too.

Rooms were dirty and stank of stale cigarettes, had the smell of weed coming under my door from my neighbours, beds were rock solid and stank of fags, neighbours were loud throughout the night, sick in the hallway in the night, not cleaned until morning as no staff work here after 5pm. We booked for 4 nights only stayed 2 because we couldnt wait to get out of there. The hotel has been turned into a homless hostel with clientele that have absolutely no respect for the property or other tennants. I feel sorry for the owner in all honesty. Also 99% sure the cleaners are smoking in the rooms as they're cleaning them as the smell was so fresh in one of the rooms that was being cleaned when we arrived. Do not stay here, you will feel safer and cleaner on the street.

No towels, one set of cutlery for four people, fighting and yelling on the street every night, no laundry powder/liquid. Expensive parking which wasn’t even secure. Three paper thin pillows provided, only one toilet roll for a week stay.

The plumbing work was poor and the sink kept making loud noises all night. The best sheets were dirty. The window was broken and would not close and it was freezing cold. There was noise all night

It’s about all the surrounding, it’s unsafe for a family or kids, please avoid unless your desperate. Lots of drug dealers and dodgy people there asking me where to find drugs. I trusted hotels.com but now I’m very not sure about your ratings and I genuinely don’t understand how this place can have a 7/10.

Room was nothing like the photographs. Noise coming from somewhere and the smell was quite bad in corridor and the room. The management moved me to a better apartment. Again there was a bad smell but no noise this time. The knobs for the cooker and hobs were missing or broke and I left the property itching at bites from staying there.

Vi havde 2 rum til 3 personer. Elendige senge. Elendige sovesofaer. Det ene rum var hamrende varmt da alle radiatorer kørte for fuld drøn og den ene kunne ikke slukkes. Forfærdelig stank i hele lejlighedskomplekset. Eneste positive, meget centralt i Leicester

가성비가 좋습니다. 전자렌지 및 식기 도구들이 있어서 편리했습니다. 체크인시 담당 직원이 어디랑 통화하는지 모르지만 10분동안 기다린 것이 흠이었고, 객실에 담배 냄새가 너무 많이 나서 머리가 아팠습니다.

Decent basic accommodation

Room as expected for the price, clean enough and everything in working order. Convenient location, easy to come and go as you please, staff were nice and helpful. Would have liked spare loo roll, towels and toiletries as one of everything wasn't enough for 3/4 days. Walls were very thin, doors slammed loudly and mattress was thin and bumpy, so sleep quality was poor.

The stay overall was fine for what we needed but the cleanliness wasn’t great. The halls smelt like smoke and weed to the extent it was almost intoxicating. Our apartment was okay, but we found brown splodges on the bath, bath Matt, one of the pillows and sheet. We did try to clean these purely for our own comfort in the cleanliness but still not great. Slightly noisy due to being on main road but wasn’t too bad. Good location for the town as well.

AWFUL. Checked out early because the room was so bad and the ‘management’ promise a refund then when you chase it up they tell you they’ve not got time to deal with your query. Dirty rooms, poor communication, relocated when I arrived to check in to a different apartment block altogether - which they didn’t notify me about before arrival. AVOID!
