“Nice food”

“The property was poorly maintained and unsanitary. The suite entrance was flooded, common-area AC was off/not working, and there was no Wi‑Fi. Breakfast was misrepresented (told to be a full menu but only eggs and bread were served, hot tea made with bagged water), and staff said it covered only one person despite our booking. The room and bathroom were inadequately cleaned: stained rug, dirty refrigerator, soap scum on shower glass, rusty shower faucet with low water pressure, a wobbly toilet,...
