"I booked a room for two people and was told the hotel policy was one per room. I waited an hour to get into my room. I waited about 3 hours to get my room key. Had to switch on the fridge myself. Even the one towel that was hotel policy, I had to request. There were no towels in the room I checked into. On the plus side, you get what you pay for. The bed was super comfortable."

She arranged my transportation from the airport to Lilygate, as well as from Lilygate to Ouidah, Benin. If I lived in Lagos, I would hire Ms. Kalu. "I booked this hotel on Expedia for two nights DecThey are unprofessional and don’t even have a computer where they manage guest records and reservation. They have a notebook where they write everything like this is 1882. Expedia should de-list them. They use Expedia and other booking platforms to advertise their hotels but when you get there, particularly during peak periods like Detty December, they will tell you they don’t have the room but if you are willing to pay a higher price directly to them (out of booking platform), they would check you in. It’s fraud most hotels perform in Lagos to defraud unsuspecting travelers. "
