"Clean environment, beautiful decoration, quiet and safe"

"This hotel is not really managed in any meaningful sense. Wifi went down for three days, which meant going off to another hotel to work. They gave me a carton of orange juice by way of apology! The lady at reception also didn't know that only one of the POS machines works for international cards so lots of time wasted try to make a payment. I checked out and moved to Nordic hotel -- more expensive but at least stuff works and you can get things done. I should say that staff at the View are...

"Hotel is grossly misrepresented. Rooms were dusty, the light in the bathroom did not work and the area was very rowdy."

"The hotel is quite nice and comfortable. However, I have some problems with it. The hotel has two receptions and they keep passing you from one to the other and the two are like 2 mins walk away. Then I booked days before however it took about 30min for them to find my booking. This was despite that I paid online.
