"It was a pleasure staying at Adiwana Bisma. The hotel is well located and close to restaurants and other attractions like Ubud Palace and the Ridge walk. The room is spacious and clean. However, one of the rooms was damp. Staff was very kind and helped us move to a different room. Staff are very helpful and friendly, especially Yudi who made our trips enjoyable, he is very knowledgeable and kind. The restaurant serves excellent food and the spa is amazing."

"I recently had the absolute pleasure of staying at Titik Dua and I cannot speak highly enough about the entire experience. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations! The room was spotless, beautifully appointed, and incredibly comfortable. The amenities were thoughtful and top-notch and the swimming pool area was a perfect place to unwind, always with the best playlist in the background The food was truly amazing!! Every meal was delicious and carefully prepared.. the breakfast options were absolutely incredible. The special jazz night at Ramu was wonderful and the complimentary yoga classes were a beautiful touch that added to the sense of balance and relaxation during my stay. But above all, what made this experience unforgettable was the incredible staff. Every single person I encountered was polite, warm, and genuinely caring and friendly. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed, comfortable and cared for. I honestly felt at home!!! Their kindness and professionalism were the true highlight of my visit.
