“Delightful hotel. Very clean and wonderful staff. It's not the most modern decor but that's part of the charm. It has an honest vintage interior but it's been well maintained. The swimming pool, spa pool and sauna were great and very quiet. The games room was a lot of fun. We were really impressed and would visit again. ”

“We liked how clean and fresh this property was. We found it very comfortable. Milk, teabags, coffee, wheaten bread, butter, cheese, oil and spices were all provided, as well as fresh flowers. There was an abundance of local animals to enjoy watching: horses, cows, sheep and housemartins. The pool table in the sun room was a welcome addition. All the bedrooms were spacious with excellent quality bedding. The downstairs master suite was particularly attractive. We would love to return! ”

“This was the best accommodation that we had in our whole two weeks in the UK. The owners are absolutely lovely and amazing, the dinner was divine, the breakfast was very tasty and the setting of the lighthouse right at the coast is absolutely stunning. Also, our dog was very welcome and loved it. I definitely recommend this to everyone - even if just for a dinner or lunch.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. Apartment had all we needed. It was really spacious and beds were extremely comfortable. Showers were fantastic. Security was second to none as Donald Trump was staying next door the weekend we stayed! Was fun to watch his motorcade go by the end of the road. Even had drones flying over and reporters doing live broadcasts on the lawn on the front of the development. Will definitely be back but don’t think Donald will be here next time.”

“This was a great find for our party of 6 and in an excellent location in Girvan. The accommodation was wonderful with well furnished spacious rooms and the kitchen was well equipped. Lovely area for walking and for golf. The only slight negative were the mattresses which could have been firmer.”
