โThey didn't send me the email I needed to check in, so I had to stand outside in the cold at dawn. In the end, after calling for 15 minutes, I was able to receive an email regarding check-in. The quality of the accommodation was good, but the staff's mistakes were the worst.โ
โWe went to Vienna for 3 days and wasnโt sure if we did the right thing by choosing this location. But we could cover most of areas because of the location of the hotel. Very central but not so crowded. Bed was comfortable. Sofa bed was not so, asked them for additional cushion on the sofa bed which was addressed immediately. The lady at reception was very helpful advising us on best transport options to visit places. The guy at the bar was super helpful as well.
