โThe accomodation was very nice but the tax and service fee are more than basic accomodation fee. So, I confused when I booked this apartment. BY the way, it was clean and comfort.โ
โThey didn't send me the email I needed to check in, so I had to stand outside in the cold at dawn. In the end, after calling for 15 minutes, I was able to receive an email regarding check-in. The quality of the accommodation was good, but the staff's mistakes were the worst.โ

โWhen I arrived, the room had trash on the floor and under the bed. There was also a hole in the back of the door, like someone punched it. The kitchen was dirty and the fridge had moldy food in it - the moldy food was still in the fridge when I checked out! For a one week stay, I was given only one bath towel. No hand towel or washcloth. There was no mat for the showers and nowhere to place your clothes while you showered, except for the dirty floor. On the second day, I requested help from...
โBad experience. Dirty shared showers toilet and hallway areas. These areas should be cleaned once a day otherwise they filthy. Hair on the bed. Holes in sheets. Loud tenants in complex - hard to sleep. Long ways out of Vienna center. Area not so nice. But the price was reasonable.โ
