"Lovely hotel with lovely staff stayed for an event and would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay close to the metro, the shopping mall and the arena. Beds are also huge and comfortable I would definitely stay here again! "
"J’ai réservé et payé une chambre pour 2 avec petits déjeuners compris et on m’a de nouveau facturé les 2 petits déjeuners à 20 € par personne au moment du départ. Mais j’ai vérifié ma réservation plus tard et les petits déjeuners étaient bien inclus dans l’offre expédia. "
"The staff were friendly but I had to wait a long time for someone to help me with laundry as the machine was broken and the receptionist didn't know how to fix it. "

10/10 Excellent
"Very friendly and helpful staff. Our air conditioning made a funny noise on the first night, the staff were very considerate and moved us into another room as soon as we told them. The breakfast is the same served at expensive cafe’s locally but at a fraction of the cost, which is great. Iron and ironing board was available at request. Very close to metro and can walk to the Eiffel Tower in less than 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for making us feel so welcomed. "
"This hotel was perfect for a brief visit to Paris to see an exhibition. Rocco at reception was outstandingly polite and helpful; his guidance greatly assisted me in squeezing as much as possible out of a 24-hour visit. His sincerity and diligent attitude was on a par with the level of service one experiences in the best hotels. Thank you!"
"I loved my stay at Hotel Plaza Etoile! The staff were very friendly and helpful duirng my stay.
And the room was very clean and comfortable. It was so nice to be so close to everything from dining, and Champs Elysee and the Arc and the metro. I would definitely stay again! "
