The concierge, Ronniel was able to get me a driver that picked us up from the airport which was a great relief. Oscar was our driver and guide for our entire stay in Mexico City. Excellent and friendly service from entire staff. Would highly recommend."

"This was our second stay at a ULIV in Mexico City (the first was in January at ULIVE Mexico City a few blocks away) and both have been excellent. They are a solid option for a very reasonable price. The ONLY thing I wish they had, which they do not, is an in-room safe. It is an odd omission for a place of this type/level. It would make me more comfortable to have a secure spot to leave our passports, extra cash, etc."
