“Arrived after midnight, Eduardo met us at the door, helped with our bags and escorted us to our room. He was awesome. All interactions with him and the other staff were amazing. The mattress in the primary bedroom was a bit on the soft side and my wife would’ve loved to have more mirrors for putting on her makeup. Great location easy walks to shopping and dining. Quiet neighborhood. We plan on visiting again.”

“There are no English-speaking staff at the front desk. The most horrifying experience was that after four or five minutes of showering, the hot water would run out, leaving only cold water. The hotel staff responded that the water would heat up and come out again after ten minutes. This phenomenon repeated itself throughout the night and morning. “First time to CDMX. We thought Nowness was a great location. Anything we wanted to go to was within walking distance. Max thirty minutes. There were some previous reviews about the noise in the neighborhood. There is a bar around the corner (it's cool, check it out) that has music at night. I didn't find it too invasive. We live in a high-noise area in San Diego, CA, so we thought it was pretty quiet. lol. After checking out, we were able to leave our luggage so we could explore the city more....
