"Great stay and amazing service! I really enjoyed my stay. The two things I'll say for improvement: One, they need chairs with BACKS, not just stools. Two, in my room, there was a white box on the wall (maybe 20 x 30 cm big) that was actually letting in cold air from outside. The concierge and I had no idea what it was or how to stop it so we just stuffed it with a towel. It was 0° outside so it was a problem. "

"Annecy is beautiful and this hotel was right in the centre of the old town. Directions for parking were good and we got a discount from the hotel. It’s a 5 minute walk so would be difficult with lots/large bags. The room was small but met our needs and was clean and bright, bath and shower plus separate toilet in en suite. We felt very safe even though hotel is entrance is on a pedestrian street and surrounded by numerous restaurants. Staff were very efficient and spoke excellent English "
