“This is a nice hotel close to the airport if you are looking for something easy & accessible. We were scheduled for 3 nights but missed two because of flight cancellations out of the Azores. No consideration given for the extreme case. Our room overlooked the ocean which was nice but the beds are hard (all throughout Madeira). The breakfast is great with a lot of choices & the pool areas are fantastic. The swim area on the ocean was our favourite.”

“Our flight was cancelled so we needed a reasonable hotel near the airport. This hotel was great it was reasonably priced and breakfast was included. Our flight was before breakfast so they packed us breakfast boxes which was nice. We had amazing rooms out our windows. The bathroom was large and clean. Definitely a great stay for our purpose.”

“We were well received with staff helping with our bags immediately. Note, if you do want your luggage right away, don't use their luggage service as it is not immediate. Room was large and comfortable. We had an oceanview room with balcony. For the smokers, balcony has ashtrays! Bathroom was large with separate toilet door. Small note, that one of the 2 sinks was a bit backed up. That is truly the only small thing. Staff were polite throughout the resort. Not understanding the concept, it is a...
