"I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. When we arrived, we were hoping to check in early, but not only were we told we couldn't check in early, we weren't even able to check in on time. To make matters worse, as we walked into the lobby, we overheard a staff member say, "Those people better not be here to check in." Hearing that as a guest was incredibly unprofessional and immediately made us feel unwelcome. The cleanliness of the property was also below expectations. Several areas appeared dirty and not well maintained, which only added to our frustration after waiting for our room. Once we finally got into our room, our key cards repeatedly stopped working. They deactivated twice during our stay, leaving us locked out and having to make multiple trips for assistance. One night, we had to call maintenance very late just to get our door opened. Overall, the customer service, cleanliness, and room access issues made for a very poor experience. We understand that delays and problems can happen, but the way they were handled was unacceptable. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel to others."

The rooms were cleaned everyday as if you were a new guest and at time they came to clean and had not left out for the day they would comeback if you requested 👍I would differently advise family and Friends to stay at this hotel"

"I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The outside of the hotel looks nice but the inside not so. I feel like it was already overpriced and if you want to check in early that's an extra $20 that's a ripoff. It's not a 5 star hotel for them to be charging people $20 just to check in early. I stayed at other hotels and checked in early and never paid a fee. It stink in the hallways and rooms. The elevator is raggedy they just need to upgrade everything. The bathroom door is raggedy. The bed sheets had stains on them. The door to the room need to be painted it seem like someone came and start peeling the paint off the door. The coffee pot looked filthy. I could go on and on but I'm not. I give this hotel a 1/10. Do not stay here."

"Terrible room, staff, and property. Nothing like the pictures shown online. I’ve never been to a more disgusting property, especially for the price. It looks like crimes were committed in the room. All the furniture was ripped and worn out and bodily fluids were found around the room. Absolutely abhorrent. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. We immediately tried to cancel after we saw the room and had to book at another property. The hotel refuses to refund us, so we have to do a chargeback. Worst experience ever."
