Asking the clerk who was training someone (managers wife) at the front desk for a small amount of milk for my friends hot tea, i was first told i would have to wait, then asked me how many people were in the breakfast dining area, which i said I dont know, msybe 5 or 6 why? Which she replied " that if i had to give my friend some, she would have to give everyone" i said that didnt make sense, it has 24 hour coffee/tea service. I said i only needed a small amount of milk and she continued to give me attitude about we went back and forth, until i asked for the manager. The manager came out and asked me if there was anything wrong and i explained what i had come to the desk for and he proceeded to the kitchen to give me the milk. I have worked in customer service for more than half my life and ive never come across such an argumentative customer service rep or whatever her titlle is. I found out her name (Terri) and she has quite reputation as i had been told for being nasty to the employees and yelling at them. She should not be working in service if she is going to be like that to people. Will never stay there again.
