Fortunately, after a thorough search, we did not find any vermin nor did we see any sketchy people/ activity on our security videos. Please know, our staff are available 24 hours and are more than happy to help our guests any time there is an issue. It would have been helpful to have been able to witness these incidents as they happened.Even if we didn't observe illegal activity or vermin, our team would have put you in a room closer to the lobby or in an area where you felt more comfortable.
