“Good potential but had to negotiate for access to swimming and breakfast on check-in (which was part of listing in the first place!). Quite embarrasing to have to do this in front of other guests in the line when it should have been straight forward.
Family enjoyed the stay in the end thankfully.
The image of the Hydro-Spa should be removed as its an extra fees.”

“My teenage daughter and I were in a twin room. However, this was a connecting room with another family.
I could hear every noise from the connecting room. Not ideal. We had already unpacked before we realised.
Later in the evening, a guest was shouting in the corridor. He sounded disturbed. Staff escorted him down to reception.”

“Room beautifully clean. Bed comfortable. Only fault was bath towel was threadbare in one place. Still lovely and soft but with a small hole. Very easy to miss, so no real complaints. Good breakfast. Happily stay again”
