“no extra bed service for children.”

“We had a room with a queen bed. It had a cheap looking gray rug covering the carpet (assume there were stains on the carpet), and the room was otherwise quite plain - none of the regal looking draperies etc that we expected. There were obvious electrical problems in the hallways, as the overhead lights were not working, and there were lamps set up on little tables along the hallway. to provide light but were kind of pain to maneuver suitcases around. The place has potential but was not as grand...

“Beautiful view. Perfect location for beach walks”

“A very welcoming place to stay while touring around the nearby distilleries. A great little restaurant, wonderful breakfast and a nice whiskey bar to unwind in the evening. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Highly recommend!”

“Breakfast was excellent. Cooked English breakfast was substantial and very tasty. Staff very friendly. Hotels immaculately clean. Nice hot shower.”

“Wonderful location next to the River Spey. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Quickly resolved a problem with me having inadvertently paid twice. Lively bar with good food. Room was very comfortable”

“The staff from start of visit until we left could not do enough for you. It was amazing, warm and friendly. Nothing was a bother. Excellent breakfast and meals. A wonderful gluten free menu. Highly recommend.”

“L'appartement est vieillot et clairement à rafraîchir. Table et chaise cassées. Matelas de la chambre et du canapé vraiment fatigués, ils auraient besoin d'être changés. Nous avons été obligés de relaver la vaisselle et de faire le lit du canapé. Les draps étaient humides. Prestation médiocre.”

“Room nothing like the photos. Broken sky light with no blind. Wall paper peeling off. Filthy carpets, stained and very very unpleasant. Checked out after being there for 1/2 hour and just got " sorry". I have stayed in some unpleasant places but this was frankly disgusting . Waste of money, no refund offered”

“전반적으로 매우 만족함. 다만 역사가 있는 건물이라 에어컨과 냉장고가 없는 부분은 감안해야함. 주변의 환경과 방 컨디션은 아주 좋음”
