“I always have the best time and relaxation when I go to this property. The people are so friendly and welcoming. Thank you for all you do to make us feel at home”

“청결하고 위치도 좋고 조식도 좋고 매우 만족합니다.”

“The setting was beautiful, very old-time Floridian. Courtney, the receptionist, and later our server for breakfast, was courteous and accommodating. The included breakfast was delicious. We had actually forgotten a personal item and I contacted the inn for assistance. Dean was able to ship it back to us quickly. I highly recommend this B&B and plan to stay there again as my husband I need to make a trip to Melbourne annually.”

“Very clean old Florida decor. Staff very courteous and efficient. Beach view a great extra. Definitely will be back!”

“Really nice place. Very clean and very quiet. Beautiful ocean view. My only gripe was you cannot turn the air temperature below 72 or the coils will freeze. They did provide a small fan and since it is the end of October it's not as hot as summer months. I would stay here again maybe just not in the summer months.”

“it was crawling with cockroaches and the bedding looked like it had been melted lifted mattress and was filthy underneath and management refused to refund payment because it was booked on line”

“Very nice place and friendly staff ”

“This was an overnight arrival and stay in order to connect with family member heading on a cruise. The room was spacious and clean and some of the family arrived early and the hotel accommodated them and allowed them to check in early. The breakfast items available were selected for those who eat certain meats. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was located a few miles from the outlet mall and various restaurants. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the Melbourne, Florida...

“The pool was not heated, the showers outside pool didn't work on first floor. And who doesn't have hash browns in breakfast. Worse of all, the cook had no idea how to accommodate for vegetarian diet or meals.”
