2/10 Terrible

"room smelt of mildew. towels were dingy. beds were horrible. keys got deactivated without ever being near phones or others cards. bug in the room (unsure if it was a roach or a pincher bug). outlets all loose. floor was sticky. Overall will not stay here again. Definitely not worth the price."

"Excellent location!! Directly across the street from main entrance. Fairly large property with parking (paid) pool and laundry. Rooms were very clean with no odor of any kind. Our room had a very large tub, great for soaking after the long day at the park. If flying in no need for car rental if you’re just doing Disney and Knotts. Take uber and save on parking. I would give this property five stars if they had decent coffee 😊"

"I stayed here as a kid and loved it, so I figured why not book it again......The hotel seems largely unchanged since then, and not in a charming, vintage way. The rooms feel dated, like they haven't seen a meaningful refresh/remodel in decades, which made it hard to justify the price tag at nearly $500 for two nights :(( The room had a stale, stuffy smell when I walked in, like the air hadn't moved in weeks. I left my room door open a while but the smell kinda lingered. No bathroom ventilation didn't help either. The bed was on the harder side too, nothing that ruined my sleep but noticeable. Breakfast was included but it was alright. Parking is extra each day which is kinda annoying especially after paying so much. Staff were genuinely great though, and the location if you're doing Disneyland is prime....which is clearly why the rates are what they are. Almost $500 for two nights is a lot to swallow for a hotel that feels like it's stuck in the past. If you rly just need a place to crash after a long day at the parks and don't care much about the room, it works. But I personally don't think the price matches what you're getting."
