"Unfortunately, this was not a pleasant stay for us. The bathroom was not in good condition, and the TV was not working during our visit. The front desk staff were very kind and genuinely tried to help by finding us another room, but unfortunately they were unable to accommodate the change. We appreciate their effort and customer service, but overall this was the hotel where we felt the least comfortable and where we wanted to spend the least amount of time. We hope these issues can be addressed for future guests."
