Hilton Garden Inn Kauai Wailua Bay, HI
Clean the hot tub/spa! There is mold/algae/dirt all around the intake at the bottom of the spa/hot tub. Clean/add chlorine to the pool. It's very cloudy and our skin itched after we got out and went back to our room. Also, our room keys stopped working early this morning and we had to get the house ...

OUTRIGGER Kauaʻi Beach Resort & Spa
Was like a maze to find your way to the rooms. Ceilings leaky around main building had buckets around. Also, requested room for 3 Adults but only had a king bed & 2 chairs. Had to get a rolling out bed.
