"When you order at the restaurant, you have to pay before your meal is served. I asked twice if the salmon was wild caught or farmed and I was told wild caught however, when the meal arrived it was farmed salmon. It was already charged on my card although i didn’t have the meal nor did I order anything else. The room is good quality but not sound proof so there is a lot of noise and you will be woken up by it if you are a light sleeper. They have an airport shuttle service which was convenient to and from the hotel however they will not help you with your bags. Overall my stay was pleasant enough. There was nothing to do close by. "

"Clean comfortable room- great shower and a super breakfast with so much choice. But by far the best thing about the hotel is the staff! All so friendly and helpful - In particular Monika and also colleague on Saturday and Sunday - they are a credit to the company :) "

"Great location as it was close to Kista Galleria and the foodhall. Commuting was easy and convenient. However, the hotel room was missing some basic amenities, such as a mini fridge and a kettle. The pillows were quite small, and there was no soap in the dispenser for handwashing."
