"Great location. Within a short ride to train station. Walk 2 minutes to central plaza. Great views of ollataytambo ruins from our window and a quick 5 minute walk to the entrance. Fresh fruit and omelettes. Nice they also had an onsite restaurant but we didn’t get to try it"

"We booked a suite after sleeping the three nights before in a tent on the Inca Trail. It was perfect. The room had lots of living space and a comfortable king sized bed. "Everything was horrible, from check in to check out, ate at the restaurant and gave me spoiled chorizo, told them about it and they still wanted to charge me for that, staff is rude they act like they are doing me a favor when I’m the one who paid for this. There is more bad stuff that happen here. ..."
