"Lovely hotel, great location and really friendly staff. Our room was spacious, clean and a really comfortable bed with quality bed linen. Breakfast was tasty, cooked well with excellent quality ingredients. If we visit Lincoln again we would definitely book this hotel again."

"Booked my elderly disabled parents in at the hotel. Olivia on the front desk was very friendly and helpful with the booking process, making sure they were in a suitable ground floor room. The room was lovely and clean. My parents couldn’t operate the heater so went to ask Olivia to help them and she cans straight away and altered the settings for them so they were warm enough. Will definitely book them in to stay there again when they next come to Lincoln to visit"

"Shame it doesn't have parking for everyone and being told you will be fined if you use the wrong space. Had to park on the street a fare way from the property, but other than that a pleasant place."
