“Staff was very unhelpful if you could even find them. Check-in was painful. The motion detector door chime to alert staff that someone was at the front desk was ignored for 15 minutes while we were consistently activating it. We eventually had to call the main phone number and it took another 5 minutes before someone would come to the front desk to check us in. The positives were the room and bathroom were clean and it was quiet. The breakfast was ok with a wide selection of items to pick from...

“Everything was new, clean, and easily accessible. The room was always a bit cool, possibly because of the high ceilings, which were at least very "cool" to look at. The one waste basket was hidden -- behind the toilet which was also in the corner. Small detail, but a cause of concern since we were piling up Kleenex and scrap paper by the tv until we finally saw it. Parking garage was across the street, but as an old rural person, I could have used more direction on how to do it.before I got...

“The toilet was too !ow in the bathroom. Hard to use. I did appreciate the walk in shower and the safety bars. The shower was nozzle was pretty high though. The carpet in my room could have used a cleaning. Overall I did enjoy my stay and would stay there again.”
