“Asked for ground floor and was put on floor two with no elevator. Overall property was good for the price.”

“A great place to stay in Lincoln. The staff was friendly and the entire place was sparkling clean. With the cocktail’s and hors d’ oeuvres and excellent breakfast included it made for a very convenient stay.”

“I loved this hotel! It was in a perfect location for all of the downtown bars, shops, and things to do. Our room was huge!! Everything was so clean and spacious, I wished we were staying more than one night. I would definitely book again and recommend to anyone. Parking cost $23 and the parking garage was right across the street, so it was easy to get to when needed.”

“We had such a great stay at Annabell Gardens! The location was perfect, with so many stores and convenient places nearby. But what really made our stay special was the staff. I honestly can’t say enough good things about them! It’s been a long time since we’ve experienced customer service this good. Everyone was so genuinely kind, friendly, and helpful. You could tell they weren’t just being nice because it was their job. They were just truly good people who went out of their way to make us feel...

“It's conveniently located off highway 2 and is very quiet. The staff is helpful and friendly. Also, the bread is very good.”

“This is a wonderful historic mansion with antiques and decorated beautifully. A great place for a romantic weekend or event. The only drawback was the poor breakfast. Very poor choices, honestly just plan on a coffee or tea and then going out for breakfast. We found a number of great brunch choices very close! We would definitely stay here again.”

“The breakfast and happy hour specials were very good and the rooms were well appointed. I would definitely stay here again.”

“It was great!”

“Nice comfortable room and a good breakfast, but floors in the room and hallways were not very clean. .”
