“I generally appreciate this property, having returned there a couple times. It is mostly up to snuff in terms of quality of maintenance. However, this time I was not the only one to notice that the hvac has a wide temperature range: it got too hot before it got too cold. My other complaints are minor: the bath tub bottom hadn't been scrubbed in a long time and was a bit scuzzy; the hair conditioner bottle hadn't been filled; and the toilet seat is too small for my large to average body size....

“At check in we saw bugs on the night stand I informed the desk clerk and he said they didn’t have anymore queen rooms. But would put in the notes for the manager to communicate with me. At checkout I asked to speak to someone that could help me they said no one there could but the manager should call me Monday. Everyone in the room has bite marks. Will be posting videos”

“Unable to get anyone to desk for check out”

“The staff at check in was very rude and not helpful at all. The rooms were dark with no overhead lighting. We had small black bugs in the restroom. Overall, this was the worst night I have ever spent in a hotel in all my travels.”

“This hotel needs updated and better cleaning done. Carpeting in the elevator was ripped and a trip hazard. Breakfast was very good and front desk gentleman was very nice and very accommodating!”

“Room wasn't very clean - washed down the bathroom door myself before I would touch it. Reserved a double bed room and they over booked so had to accept a room with a pull out couch that was not comfortable in any way. Breakfast was par. A lot of Holiday Inn Express are nice - this one could use an upgrade. ”

“We arrived in around 11 for our stay. Front desk was very nice. The hotel is very rundown. A lot of drug activity. Hot breakfast is not a hot breakfast the orange juice and whole juices that comes out of the machine tasted like water. I am not sure what machine they use for their coffee, but I was unable to drink it. ”

“They had breakfast which is something I always want when it comes to getting hotels. The employee that checked us in and checked us out was super nice! He was at the front desk and also seems to be the one operating breakfast too. Props to him for handling all that! Other than that, we had noisy, loud, and probably drunk neighbors.”

“The whole place smelled like cigarette smoke, the reception area was a mess and not welcoming. The hotel rooms were being renovated and the crew tried walking into our room twice not knowing it was occupied. When I asked for “do not disturb” door signs, they stated they didn’t have any and ended up marking our door with an X with blue painters tape. Questionable man hanging out in the parking lot by our car. The room however was clean and the beds were comfortable.”
