"The sink drain was draining verrry slow. We were only there a night so we survived. The place was clean and we had no issues other than that. It was fairly close to everything - we went downtown and to zoo. About 15 min to each place. I don't know why people are saying the buffet is great - it's just the normal buffet they always have and was ok. The oatmeal was very dry and not edible but eggs were good."

"Room was clean, beds were comfy, air was cold, shower was warm but not super hot , pool and hot tub were working but we arrived too late to enjoy. Breakfast was better than most. They had biscuits and gravy that was good, fruit, cereal/milk, grab & go danishes, bagels, toast, yogurt, juice and coffee. Lots of food options around as well."

"Only problem I had which I didn't tell the staff because it wasn't that big of a deal was that in my sweet one of the TVs did not work which was fine everything else the staff when I asked help about the hot tub which was very nice size compared to other places that claim that have a hot tub which really is just a tub enough for one person this time gave me room."

"Missing the log and lily pad in the pool area, that is half the attractions of the pool which is the only reason we booked in the first place. Staff was openly arguing in the breakfast area during breakfast. Lots of staff and other guests smoking cigarettes..etc.. in front of the entrance. Room was decent but needed cleaned around the toilet and lots of cords and extension cords hanging around the tv area that we had to keep our toddler from grabbing the entire stay."
