"I stayed for 4 nights and not one time did cleanin staff come into the room. Every night I had to ask for fresh towels and garbage bags. And was told to leave soiled towels and garbage in the hallway. Also every time we used the shower it backed up and long hairs and pubic hairs came out of the drain. I told the desk and was offered a room switch but did not want to have to move everything late at night as my son had been wrestling all day and had to be up early. Also the room smelled constantly of smoke, both tobacco and marijuana"

"The rooms have been recently remodeled. When I got to my room there was a 50' extension cord leading to a charger for the window shades. I reported it to the front desk and they had maintenance come and remove it. I had a King bed room. The only chair was the deak chair. There was plenty of room for a comfortable chair or even a lobe seat, but nothing was in the area except an end table. An end table with no seat next to it. Humm. They said they were still working on getting the rooms ready. It appeared to me that they should have finished the rooms before using them. The water in the hot tub was pretty cloudy and needed changed. Fortunately, or unfortunately for me, they changed it out the next morning when I was heading there with a cup of coffee at 8am. Oh well, wasn't my best stay at a Hampton, but wasn't my worse stay either."
