"Unfortunately this hotel had NO hot water and NO heat the 1-night that we stayed there. In addition, the noise from the restaurants outside the hotel was extremely loud and kept me awake until 4am on a week night. Would not recommend this hotel. Thankfully the staff was kind enough to help us move to another hotel after we survived the cold night and no shower!!!"
