“Cool refurbished building with large, airy, comfortable room. Excellent bar/restaurant on first floor of building, great burger and beers place right across the street. There are other nice restaurants within a block, great coffee shop a few doors down. Parking was off site in a public garage a block away (seemed safe and cost $9 for the night). Near a nice riverside park for walking or biking. The price is a great value compared to the usual chain hotels.
