“I had a bottle of wine and asked the proprietor if he happened to have some glasses (as opposed to the plastic/cardboard ones in the room). He was gracious and gave me two wine glasses! Fabulous touch!!”

“The locks on all the doors are number combinations instead of access cards. The window leaked water when a bad thunderstorm came through the area. The water ran under the bed so I wiped under the bed and discovered a thick layer of dust and someone's old hat was still there. The room was not thoroughly cleaned. The pillows were old because one had "Bristol" written on it, which is the name of the property before it was renovated.”

“What a great place!! Owners and staff are top notch. Easy check in. Great food. Lodge is roomy with a lounge, pool table and several dinning tables aswell as a tackle and merch shop area. Clean cabins. Feels like your experience really matters to them. Great atmosphere to be in and unwind. Launched our boat with ease. This Lake system is amazing. Huge cliffs, beautiful waterfalls and streams surrounded by hills topped with massive wind swept pines.Looking forward to our next trip up. Cant come...
