"We checked in and were notified that the hot tub didn’t work, not that that mattered because we weren’t going to use it, but just informational; and also had issues with the television. The channels were fuzzy, and the channels kept going out. The only thing we could watch was one show over and over again. The staff said it would be back on, but it never did come back. I stated the repair man never showed up."
