"Not what we expected. The room the front desk gave us, was used and not as expected. The room looked as if someone used it before we came.It doesn’t look like what the photos shown on Expedia. And we were charged $100 for hold .For room we didn’t even stay in.Very bad customer service. I hope this helps anyone who is looking to stay at this property. Stay away."

"I love that I didn’t have to leave the hotel to go to the casino. All I did was down stairs and the casino is right there. Staff was awesome, my room was clean."
