Overall we had an amazing experience! The room was clean and comfortable. The amenities were great! The walls are a bit thin. We could hear the couple next to us arguing and fighting a few nights in a row. Other than tuat it was great! If we are ever in the area again i would hope Sea Scape has availability for us 😊

Saltaire Cottages was a great place to stay for a few days. It was cleaned and had what we needed for those few days. When you drive up it seems to be a little outdated. The inside of our cottage had been redone and it was fine. The location is great, right across the street with their own beach access. The beaches were not so crowded on any day that you felt like you were right on top of each other.

Lovely B&B. The hosts were kind and friendly. Terrific sunset views from the balcony. The room was comfortable and the atmosphere was peaceful. Enjoyed the hot egg breakfast provided by Linda. Breakfast is brought up to the room at 8:30 am. Free bicycles and kayaks to use. Overall had a wonderful stay.

This is a great little beach hotel at a resonable price. No, it's not a Hilton but I would rather stay at this hotel. The room I had was two queens with a small kitchenette. The room was very clean and decent size. I would deffinetly stay here again.

Loved that there was a continental breakfast included as well as an evening wine and snacks provided.
Perfect location for beach access.
Only suggestion I would have is having beach chairs and a pool shade umbrella - even for a fee. We flew in and rented a car so had to go out and purchase beach chairs

Nice and quiet place. Good breakfast options. Only thing to improve, but it was not a letdown, the blanket on the bed seemed not to be warm enough, but it was ok. I am sure this would have been dealt with, had I asked for an extra blanket.

This is a very sweet historic bed and breakfast. The house is cozy and they were very accommodating. As you can imagine for an old home, everything is not fully updated, but it was very comfortable and clean. The walls are thin so you can hear movement of other guests a little. The Property has old world charm with its beautiful lobby and welcoming fire in fireplace. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Very nice breakfasts each morning. My husband and I have stayed at the Hampton Inn in Elizabeth City twice. Both times, the facilities and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast we had, every day, was wonderful, and the kitchen staff was very accommodating. There was a problem with our toilet running when flushed, but they got someone to fix it right away. We WILL stay there again.
