"The breakfast staff made sure the food was cooked to specification. The front desk were helpful at check in and check out. I was even texted to make sure that the do not disturb light was not just left on and to let them know if I needed anything just let them know. Would definitely stay again!"

"Very close to the bus station so this the outside was very dirty sadly been in camping for homeless folks but there were guards at the doors to get up to the lobby of the hotel"

"Had a lovely time celebrating a monumental birthday for my mom. We had two connecting rooms. The breakfast was great with a lot of choices and ample seating. It does get busy around 7:30-8:30 so plan accordingly. The hotel concierge was quick to answer any questions or concerns I had. The location is prime especially if you want easy access to Times Square. If you're an Elite member, you get two free waters a day/per room. We also were able to book a private shuttle from the hotel to EWR with ease! I'd definitely stay here again."

"It was in a great location to shop and find restaurants, and walk to the theaters. The staff were all nice. The bathroom was very tight/a large person would have trouble using the toilet as it is VERY close to the small sink. (My daughter kept splashing water, which resulted in a wet toilet seat)"
