"Great hotel. Great location. Pricey but nice. We had a great view (by request and surcharged). Have stayed 3 times so far. All good but must admit wear and tear is starting to show on room furniture. Mattress springs were compressed on edge of bed pretty bad. Rest of mattress was fine. There's not a lot of space in the room (like any NY hotel) so the edge of the bed probably gets a lot of use....but all in all would likely stay again due to proximity to family residents."

"The staff truly make this hotel special—they’re attentive, warm, and genuinely kind. The property itself is spacious and very clean, which adds to the comfort. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. "

"The room had a heavy perfume smell when we arrived. Found that the shower allows water out of the area and soaks the bathroom floor and the wall. Saw that this has lead to mold issues (hence the perfume). Spoke with staff and was notified that all the rooms are like this."

"Surprisingly not bad, near everything. While everyone went to tlTimes Square, we veered left to Hell's Kitchen neighborhood for dining and found wonderful little hole in the wall restaurants. Room is a little noisy from the sounds of the city, but it is to be expected since you're so close to such a popular area. Definitely will stay again."

"Housekeeping staff was great and did a good job everyday but the person we first met on arriving was rude. We understand rooms may not be available for early check in but the same can be conveyed in a kind manner. We reached early so they gave us access to a common guest washroom which was terribly dirty and started the trip on a bad note. "
