“The room was very clean and comfortable and had all the little extras including ironing board and hairdryer as well as fresh milk for the tea/coffee provided. Also the all necessary toiletries. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.”

“Bit confusing the layout but nice clean hotel and food good”

“Some good, some bad... We arrived late in the evening and had a nice welcome. There were some petit fours in our room and it looked very attractive, if very cold. The bed and bed linen was good and the (small) bathroom attractively fitted out. But beneath the surface there are obvious problems. The foyer had a bad damp smell. The heating consists of an air conditioning unit in each room, which was noisy and not particularly effective. The electric towel rail did not heat up. The coldness...

“전반적으로 좋았으나 직원들이 불친절하였고 시내에서 조금 원거리라서 교통이 불편하였음. 주변 환경은 훌륭하였음”

“regarding our family's stay at Kings Head on the night of 21st October 2026. What should have been a joyful celebration of my husband’s graduation turned into a distressing and medically unsafe experience for our family. Upon arrival, we discovered that there was no heating functioning in our room. The town of Stockbridge, about a mile away, is wonderful for window shopping (and purchasing!) and is the start of a beautiful picturesque 'marsh walk' through grazing cows and lovely pastures. We found their restaurant had a...

“Breakfast does not cater to Vegan at all. Room is ok but there are noise to the area (not because of the property management but because there is a pub next door).”

“I have stayed a few times over the years and i think its a great value pub with rooms i stayed 3 nights and my room was good as always, the team were all good and i would recommend to friends and family without hesitation.”

“Staff was excellent. Food in restaurants were very good. Plenty of option and good portions”

“The property is a quaint location away from the city center and relatively close to the airport. It was as I expected for the most part. I was just surprised at the lack of air conditioning. However a fan was supplied in each room along with access to fresh air.”
