Per reservation from hotels.com, we reserved a no smoking room. When we arrived to the property we were told that our room was smoking, and we had no choice if we wanted to stay. Quality Inn White Springs Suwanee
Pool was closed. Ice machine did not work. Unexpected pet fee per night. The sheets were dirty on the bed when we arrived.

Great location! Spacious rooms and amazing pools and amenities on site. Transportation available but we didn’t use it but definitely will when we come back!

Sheraton Vistana Villages Resort Villas, I-Drive/Orlando
The place was very nice. A lot of room, the only thing I didn’t like is that they ask for us to leave the room at certain way, to facilitate the job to house keeping. If we are paying for a service why should be do their job.
