Thank you for your feedback Kiya.However, three separate emails are automatically sent via the platform that you booked through. These emails contain your access codes for your hotel and room entry. Unfortunately, if you did not receive these from the platform you booked through you would need to contact the platform directly.We are very sorry you did not get to enjoy your stay!

Olujimi, the hotel was in fact not temporarily closed on the date you booked to stay.You were sent three separate emails via the platform that you booked through. One of these emails contained your access codes for entry to the hotel and your room. Please ensure you check your messages via the booking platform that you choose to book through for any future stays so that this mistake doesn't occur again. As I can confirm that these emails were sent to you, no refund would be accepted as everything that you needed to access the hotel was sent over on our end. However, we are sorry you did not get to enjoy your stay at Dockside Lodge!
