It's a good option for those catching the ferry the next day. There are restaurants close by. Breakfast was good. Basic accommodations.

Il personale è stato più che accogliente e disponibile però le stanze erano piccole, disorganizzate, con la doccia in camera anzi che in bagno e c’era parecchia polvere dappertutto, pavimento compreso. Il bagno invece era piuttosto pulito.

Ideale Lage in Hafennähe
Liegt ideal wenn man in der Nähe des Hafens übernachten möchte. Das Hotel ist durch eine schmale Einfahrt zu erreichen, im Innenhof liegt der Parkplatz, das Hotel selbst ist von der Straße zurück gesetzt, dadurch ist vom Straßenlärm so gut wie nichts zu hören.
Der erste Eindruck ist nicht gerade überwältigend, die Zimmer sind dann jedoch sehr sauber und ordentlich.
Wir empfehlen Zimmer 38 welches einen Balkon hat.
Das Haus ist sehr tierfreundlich und somit sind auch Hunde willkommen.
Das Frühstück hat uns mehr als positiv überrascht. Selbst gebackene, sehr leckere Kuchen!! Ansonsten Standard, aber für den Preis vollkommen ausreichend. Es ist alles reichlich vorhanden.

Hotel in guter Lage mit schlechtem Service
Wir haben das Hotel für eine Übernachtung vor einer Fährfahrt gebucht. Die Lage ist gut, man ist in 5 Min. mitten in der Innenstadt von Livorno. Der Fährhafen ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Das Personal haben wir sehr unfreundlich empfunden. Nachdem wir unser Auto auf einem der markierten Parkplätze abgestellt hatten, kam der Rezeptzionist angerannt und wir mussten erst einmal ohne Grund mühsam umparken. Die Begrüßung bestand aus der Aufforderung: "passport". Als wir darum baten, das Zimmer gleich zahlen zu können, weil wir am Morgen sehr früh zur Fähre müssen, wurde behauptet, die Fährabfertigung beginne erst um 7 Uhr, was definitiv falsch ist. Im Übrigen bestimme ich als Gast, wann ich gehen möchte! Frühstück gibt es erst ab 6 Uhr, was für Fährgäste, von denen das Hotel hauptsächlich leben dürfte, zu spät ist. Die Zimmer sind altmodisch, aber so weit ok. Vielleicht sollte man gelegentlich auch mal unter den Betten putzen.

Cogimos el hotel por el parking. El recepcionista de por la noche era simpático. Livorno no es una ciudad bonita, es muy industrial, así que alrededor no había mucho q ver.

Lite svårt att hitta via adressen, hotellets infart till parkeringen ligger mitt i en rondell. Helt ok hotell för en natt när man skall åka vidare med färja. Tycker dock priset var i överkant för ett familjerum. Ok Wi-FI. Frukost som vanligt i Italien ganska sparsam. Hjälpsam personal med alla frågor samt tips på bra matställen.

Hostal no hotel tres estrellas.
Es lo más parecido a un hostal para nada tres estrellas bastante caro para el estado en que se encuentra la habitación y el baño. La ubicación no es mala. Y e la página ustedes ponen que era moderno con albornoz y baño moderno. El baño es viejo.
