We enjoyed our stay at Abbeylands and would definitely recommend it. We were are a party of 7 adults and 5 children staying for a 50th birthday celebration which involved a visit to nearby zip world (less than 40 mins away.)
There were some minor maintenance issues (e.g. toilet seat loose; dishwasher stuck on very long programme) but these did not detract from a lovely stay in a beautiful house. It had a really nice atmosphere; there was plenty of space but it also felt homely. Parking was tricky, but we did manage to get spaces not too far away.
The bedrooms were all comfy, there was space for us all to sit round the dining table and eat together and the games room was enjoyed by the children. The location is great - a short walk to the sea front, shops and cafes.
