Although we enjoyed the hotel the parking was sparse had to pay £5.50 but over night £7.50 to make sure there was no fine .staff were very nice and the breakfast was ample, they cover it all for breakfast. The romm was basic but clean and tidy.

Family friendly hotel

Lovely family friendly hotel in excellent location. We only stayed for 1 night but found the reception staff very friendly and helpful. The family room was very spacious and clean, and we all enjoyed the swimming pool.

The staff were very helpful. The building was lovely and the pool and changing room was clean. The enterainment on Friday the 4th April was great and had everybody up dancing. However the enterainment on Saturday was a lot to be desired and not to everybodies taste.

Booked a family room, the room was dated and had flickering lights. The Mattress was knackered and creaked every time you moved. We found receipts in the room from 2024 from previous guests down the side of the drawers it wasn't very clean. Plus the toilet wasn't in a good place for a bigger person. I felt I would have been better putting my feet in the bath to sit on the toilet. Bathroom was green and dated with mismatched tiles and poor repair jobs. A real shame as this hotel would have great potential. The lift didn't sound safe either. The room was mega hot

Food very good, limited but good choice at breakfast. If cooked food not to liking, Weetabix or alpen is your choice. Room was extremely basic and send an afterthought compared to the rest of the rooms. Chairs and table were damaged, as was the shower cubicle which had a large crack in it. Beds were comfy with fresh linen. Swimming pool was the jewel in the crown, shame some of the money spent there was not spent on the decor or new carpets in the rest of the hotel. Staff were pleasant, overall even if the price was competitive for Llandudno, it seemed overpriced

Nice pool and a good breakfast but it is only served between 8-9 which we were not told. They kindly refunded us as we were unable to eat the first day. Entertainment nightly because of coach parties.

There is no any thing about that I appreciate it. First of all I didn’t like the room as i expected.they charged a money from us like a hotel room. its looks like guest house.there was water leaking from tap .whenever we on the water . Water is not coming properly we can’t take shower .and the house keeping didn’t clean our rooms.they left it dirty. We are not recommending to anyone about this hotel

I very happy with my stay room i was immaculate and well decorated very helpful and accommodating. You also got the use of the swimming pool which was fantastic. I did misplaced my phone and the staff found it. I’d stay at the Chatswood again and again again value for money.
