First time staying at this place and all I can say is wow from the start. The staff are amazing in every way told us about the property and information where to go around town to eat staff was top notch. The room was awesome as it says in the name unique boutique and the room was spotless clean bed very comfortable a good night’s sleep was definitely had the room I could not fault in and way the shower was so good the wardrobe was so beautiful in character every detail was amazing. Then the breakfast every thing was cooked perfectly as requested this place is not a 10/10 is more like a 100/10 will definitely be returning in the future .
Fantastic weekend staff very polite could not do enough for you breakfast very nice even made breakfast for us early because we were setting off early on a trip yet again they went that extra mile great stay
Absolutely wonderful stay at this gorgeous b&b.The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The staff couldn't have been more friendly or helpful .Will definitely be booking to stay there again and recommending to my friends
Beautiful B&B in a great location - just a short walk from the centre of town! Staff were very friendly and helpful when needed and the room was spotless. Thank you for a wonderful first trip to Wales!
Perfect example of a boutique B&B. Lovely building, quirky decor, good quality fixtures and fittings. The host was fantastic and overall I had a very comfortable stay.
Would definitely stay again if visiting this lovely part of Wales again.
Fantastic B&B within walking distance of the promenade and shops. Sam was very friendly and gave us some great tips on where to explore in the area. The rooms were lovely and spacious, and had everything we needed.
Excellent accommodation, comfortable bed, powerful shower and delicious choice of breakfast options. Staff all welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend
Wonderful stay with excellent views and an amazing breakfast. Only negative, and really nit picking here, was the pressure on the shower in the morning. This should not put anyone off though, as would not hesitate to stay again.

Amazing! A must stay
One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in both in terms of the gorgeous building with lots of original features and the owners.
The owner was really kind and helpful with knowledge on activities and restaurants in the area, the room was fabulous!
The cooked breakfast, as a vegetarian was the best I’ve had in a restaurant
A brilliant stay I only wish I was staying for longer. I’ll definitely be back
if I could give the staff more than 5 stars I would ! they were amazing and very kind. I loved the room and the black book they put together that shows you information about the town and places to go. There are local pubs in walking distance and a tram right down the road. I would recommend staying here to anyone.
We had a wonderful, warm welcome. The breakfast was exceptional, especially the gluten free choice. Parking for 6 cars, although there is additional parking on the road. We will definitely be returning
We had a text from Grace on the morning of our stay asking what time we would arrive - when we got there she was at the door to meet us - she took the time to ask about our plans and made us feel welcome and valued. The room was comfortable clean and warm. The bathroom although compact was sufficient for our needs. There was an information sheet in the room and along with what you would normally need there was a list of restaurants with contact details - although we didn’t need this it’s very helpful for some older guests who don’t use mobile data. The breakfast was served between 8 & 10 so there was no rush in the morning, with all food prepared to order. The property was well placed and a short walk from the pier, the great orme tram and the town centre - this is definitely a destination I would recommend for couples looking for a relaxing getaway.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Everything about the property was great. Staff, bedroom, breakfast all brilliant.
We feel we should have been warned about the scaffolding and plastic sheeting all round the front of the property, which virtually obliterated the view.
Providing a bottle of Prosecco and 20% off the our next stay is all well and good, but didn’t mitigate our disappointment, considering it was quite expensive!
