Lovely hotel, great position for visiting Llandudno. Beautiful breakfast, lovely friendly and helpful staff. The bedroom could do with a good update. Room 6 bathroom was small, beautiful sea views. A little updating of property would be good. But other than these things we had a lovely few days.

First the positives - in very good position for the pier and beach, pubs & restaurants. Onsite parking for £10. Nicely decorated, a bar and small seating area out the front. Excellent breakfast cooked to order. Now for the negatives - the hotel is extremely hard to contact to pre book parking although eventually this was done, then there was confusion over my booking for beds for 2 adults & 1 child which was eventually sorted on the day of arrival not ideal and stressful. The fire alarm went off at 11.30pm due to thunderstorm, it stopped after a few minutes but the emergency light to the fire exit stayed on in our room for some time. They could definitely do with more reception staff, the staff were very friendly an apologetic for the confusion with our booking. I doubt whether I would stay here again.

More than happy from reception to room bed was really comfortable and clean not disappointed at all , superb location directly opposite the pier and the welsh breakfast is one of the best ive had at any hotel , only possible issue i can think of is there is no lift , we where on the top floor and there was six flights of stairs to over come not brilliant if youve had a couple of drinks if you know what I mean 😀 overall 9.5 out of 10
