I had a great time staying at the Winchmore, my room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is also really convenient as it’s close to the beach, train station and town centre. I would definitely stay here again

The staff was very friendly and our room was ready before our check in time. Nice little room and was neat and tidy. The bathroom was quite small and unfortunately the gliding room of the shower cubicle was broken. The bathroom was all wet after we had a shower. Very convenient to city centre and the coast.

Great hotel,we had a family gathering and it was the perfect location. All the staff were very friendly but top of the list was the kitchen staff they made you feel great

For over £150 a night, I expected more than empty soap dispensers and minni bottles of body lotion passed off as shower gel. At around 9pm, with most shops closed, I had to walk about a mile just to buy basic toiletries. Hardly what one would expects from a “three-star” hotel. To top it off, the “free parking” advertised turned out to be an extra £5. Misleading, frustrating, and poor value for money.

Loved our stay

Stayed here for three nights with my Mum. We absolutely loved the hotel, our rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, the staff are so friendly and helpful, and the food - both breakfast and evening meal - was lovely, and really good value for money. The location is brilliant as well, being within easy walking distance of the pier and shops. We will definitely be back soon.
