"I thought it was cool. Their wasn't a front desk, you call when you get there and they meet you outside and give you a quick tour. I enjoyed the style and decor. I would definitely stay there again"
"Room was clean and comfortable. Location was good for where I needed to be and close to stores and restaurants. My only complaint is the low water pressure in the shower but that is minor and typical of nearly all hotels."
"This motel does not make a good first impression. The motel could definitely use some TLC,. With that said, members of the staff were polite and responsive to our concerns. The facility and the room were clean, and the bed was comfortable. Restaurants, shopping, and a Tesla Super Charger are nearby. Making this an ideal location."
"I wish I could give more than 3 stars to this property because I do think the staff are doing the best they can. The beds were clean, the breakfast buffet was well stocked, and anytime we needed help the staff were great.
The hotel needs quite a few upgrades:
-the pool “waterpark” doesn’t have a functioning hot tub or slide, it’s just a pool (although it’s very warm which we loved).
-the furniture in the game area needs replaced as well as others around the hotel. The chair in our room was extremely dirty and needed replacing
-the paint and baseboards in the room were in desperate need of attention
-the room doors are old school insert cards instead of touch and very easy to hear everything in the hallways/neighbors
Honestly this could be a really nice hotel if a few things were attended to. Overall it met our needs but I’m not sure we would stay here again."
"Overall the hotel was great. But mattresses (both the main one and definitely the sofa bed) were in need of replacement. Staff was really amazing, breakfast was great, kid loved the pool, and hotel was clean. Replace the mattress and it’d be perfect."
"Overall great, very cozy with beautiful sunset views. It had everything we needed for a stay in fort garland, my only complaint was that the tiny fridge in the room I got never got cold enough to keep anything cold so bring an ice chest for your perishables."
