“Wonderful staff, beautiful apartment and lots of special extras! ”

“Staff was helpful and communicative. We caught on a closed road, and realized we weren't going to make check in, we looked at our phone to contact them, and they had already reached out before check in closed and made arrangements for us. Took a load off while sitting in traffic. Breakfast (for a charge) was delicious. Staff and property were great.”

“Elizabeth sent me an email before I was checking in making sure i was aware that there would be no one present on site. Keys were left exactly where she said they would be and instructions for breakfast and everything else were easy to understand and locate. The Crossing is suitably located right next to the Kingussie railroad station and is close to the Barracks - one of the sites to see while we were there. Would highly recommend this place.”

“The staff were amazing. So friendly and kind. Trying to help out where ever they could. Always a smile on their face. If I ever go back to Inverness I will for sure stay there again, even if it’s 15-20 minutes outside the city. ”
